Bob Fasbender is an award-winning, veteran television news producer with more than 30 years of experience.
 
Fasbender spent 24 years at CNBC, including a nine-year stint as Senior Producer of CNBC's signature daytime program "Power Lunch," where he guided in-depth coverage of every angle of the financial crisis and recession from Washington to Wall Street to Main Street, as well as the market's rebound and all the major business and economic stories in recent years, including the Apple boom.

Prior to that, he was the creator and Executive Producer of CNBC's "Kudlow and Cramer," hosted by Larry Kudlow and Jim Cramer, and of "Rivera Live," Geraldo Rivera's groundbreaking legal program that covered the Clinton impeachment trial, both O.J. Simpson trials, the Oklahoma City terror bombing, 9/11, and many other major legal, criminal justice and political stories.
 
In addition, Fasbender developed and produced CNBC's acclaimed high-definition news project.
 
Before joining CNBC, Fasbender was for seven years the Managing Editor of WNYW-TV, New York City's Fox-5. He has extensive experience in business, market, political and local news as well as in news talk programming.
 
Fasbender holds a Master’s degree from New York University. He lives in Manhattan.
