Available remotely to previous trainees

Unlike our traditional in-person or virtual trainings, Office Hours are flexible, pre-scheduled blocks of remote video time - one to two hours each - where we collaborate with you to help apply the principles of the SPAR® methodology to your ongoing business communications needs.

The widespread adoption of remote work has made Office Hours possible. And it doesn’t have to involve preparing for a media interview. It might be helping you:

  • develop executive communications skills that reflect leadership

  • craft an effective story and visuals for an important internal or external presentation

  • rehearse questions and answers for an upcoming virtual panel

  • align on a common narrative with your team members to express a set of goals to the rest of your organization

If you’re familiar with how we work, you already know that whatever the task, the very same principles apply We give your organization a common language with which to develop complex ideas across multiple functions. As a leading executive from a one such longtime client - a multinational health care company - told us, “SPAR® is a foundational anchor for how to come to a decision and thrive in a matrix organization.”

It’s all done remotely. It can happen solo, or as part of a group - in a one-off refresher, or at a regular set time on a prepaid retainer basis.

And while Office Hours are open only to previous SPAR® trainees, we’re still doing our traditional workshops in narrative development, media interview preparation, media crisis training and presentation training if you or your colleagues are new to the process.
